Nestled on the banks of the Pocomoke River, this 9 hole course is open all year long. It’s name comes from the days when the Pocomoke Indians found winter shelter in this protected riverside location. The course is open daily and features bent grass greens, a putting green, numerous sand traps and water hazards. The course is 2629 yards long for men and 2539 yards for women with a rated par of 35.
Daily greens fees are reasonable, and annual passes are available. The course may be closed occasionally for a tournament, so please call in advance. The adjacent new club house features a pro shop with equipment sales, snack bar, and cart rentals.
